Vision

Anyone interested in classical music should be able to reach a deeper understanding of it.

Have you ever wondered what it is about a piece of music that makes it so great - so gripping, beautiful, delicate, or intriguing? Classical music has this amazing ability to express a wide range of emotions and activities, but how is that achieved exactly? What are the mechanisms that make it speak to us so strongly and intimately?

I am very interested in how music works. The video production of Sonata Secrets is my way of exploring this and pass on my understanding which I have reached after years of training and studying at music conservatories in Sweden and in the UK.

My goal is that the videos will prove interesting and stimulating and will guide music enthusiasts as well as new listeners to further enjoy and explore the treasure of the world’s classical music.

Besides being a Youtuber, I am a professional musician working as freelance, based in Gothenburg, Sweden. I mainly play solo and chamber music concerts, in orchestras and as accompanist for various functions (singers, choirs etc.). Some performance projects may also find their way onto the channel.
